Internal Auditor (Shek Kip Mei)

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Possess a professional qualification in accounting or audit or Certified Internal Auditor preferable
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in internal audit
• ISO audit or NGO experience an advantage
• Sound knowledge of internal controls from both financial and operational perspectives
• Fluent in spoken & written English & Chinese
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Able to work under minimal supervision

Job Duties:

• Conduct audit for services and supporting units to ascertain their compliance to agency policies and procedures set to mitigate financial, operational and compliance risks
• Report findings with recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness
• Follow up the implementation of the improvement recommendations
• Establish internal control policies and risk management policies
