Workshop Instructor(Supported Employment)(Factory for the Blind) (Ping Shek)

• Work at Factory for the Blind
• 5 subjects pass or Level 2 in HKCEE (including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B)) ;
• Responsible for providing training and support to service users on job training and support employment-related matters, assisting them in adapting to workshop and internship;
• Required to accompany service users to attend job interviews and provide employment support;
• Assist social workers in handling and recording service users’ behavioral and emotional performance; conduct regular assessments and submit reports; and
• Coordinate and assist in implementing various activities including public education programmes.
