Business Development Manager (Social Enterprise)(Shek Kip Mei)

• Degree holder in Business Administration or Social Science preferred ;
• 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 subjects obtained Level 2 in HKDSE including English Language (Syl. B), Chinese Language and Mathematics;
• 3 years' relevant experience;
• Assist in planning and development of the Society’s social business;
• Manage and drive the operation, marketing and financial performance of existing and new social business;
• Formulate business proposal and related operation, financial and budget plan for the new business as well as exploring possible funding and resources support whenever is needed;
• Co-ordinate with other units of HKSB on the setup and development of new social business within the Society; and
• Lead and manage the related work teams.
