Assistant Human Resources Officer (Shek Kip Mei)
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in HRM or related discipline;
- Min. 2 years' solid experience in all round HR functions;
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance & related legislations;
- Familiar with HRIS;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Good command of written English & Chinese;
- Mature, independent, good interpersonal skills;
- Immediate available preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling full spectrum of HR functions ;
- Prepare contracts & staff-related correspondence;
- Responsible for HRIS data input & reporting;
- Prepare monthly payroll, MPF contribution and tax reporting;
- Organize staff activities and engagement programmes;
- Take up ad-hoc HR projects and assignments.
