Business Development Officer(DOT coffee)

• Diploma holder in any discipline or above;
• Holder of valid certificate in Hygiene Supervisor or Hygiene Manager;
• 3 years’ relevant experience in Social Enterprise/ Customer Service / Food and Beverage or Coffee Shop;
• Day-to-day management, planning and coordinate every aspect of the social enterprise “DOT Coffee” to facilitate a smooth operation as well as to ensure the performance targets are achieved;
• Prepare sales analysis and assist in business and operational strategy planning;
• Design and implement diversified marketing plans;
• Manage customer relationship; and
• Lead and manage the related work teams.
