Project Officer-Catering Service (Factory for the Blind) (Ping Shek)

• Work at Factory for the Blind, assist and train trainees in catering-related vocational skills.
• Diploma or Catering Management / Business Administration / Culinary or related discipline
• Experience in catering operations preferred
• Design menus and prepare various dishes according to client or organization requirements;
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including ingredient procurement planning, inventory management, and cost control
• Strictly comply with food safety and hygiene standards, regularly inspect equipment and work environment, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
