Service Team Leader (DAC cum Hostel) (Shek Kep Mei)

• Work at Morning Glory Day Activity Centre cum Hostel
• Registered Social Worker
• Diploma or above in Social Work or Degree Holder in related discipline
• At least 3 years related services/rehabilitation services experience
• To act as Case Manager, supervise the training staff in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Individual Training Plan and Individual care plan for service users
• To supervise Social Work Team and other Supportive Service Team and render close staff supervision to ensure the smooth and efficient of supporting service forthe needs of the residents
