Factory for the Blind New Service - Car Wash Service

The Factory for the Blind provides various job training and job opportunities for service users. Starting from November 2020, the Factory began to provide car cleaning service to the community. Our service users’ working ability had been appreciated and recognized by our clients. So far, about 100 car cleaning services have been completed. The new service provides opportunities for disabled people to equip themselves with car cleaning skills, and deepen the community’s understanding on the abilities of disabled people, thereby promoting community integration and increasing employment opportunities for the disabled.

Upon the completion of the car cleaning training and passed the examination, service users are allowed to participate in car cleaning service.

The working ability and self-confidence of the service users have been strengthened after receiving the car cleaning training. When they completed the service, they get praise from the customers.
